Well I'm back in the gym officially as of 2 weeks ago. My goal is to gain about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle this winter. I'm on a pretty aggressive workout cycle that will most likely kill me in the next 2 months.
Strength seems to be spot on and increasing. The problem with lifting heavy is that my tendons and ligaments end up really hurting after a while. Oh well, time to man up.
